I’m writing you today to inform you that ________ will no longer be taking part in online learning for the month of June. I appreciate all the time and effort you have put forward to helping our children continue with their school learning during these unprecedented times. I am so disappointed in our government for doing this to our children, families and teachers. _______ needs to be in a classroom environment with her peers and dedicated teachers, getting the help she needs to be a successful student.
We have tried our best to keep up with the online learning but with three children at home it has proved to be much too difficult. Our mental health is suffering and it is unfair to expect my children to be confined to the house 6 hours a day Monday-Friday.
We are encouraging ________ to take some time everyday to practice her reading and writing through the use of the learning apps Raz Kids and Lexia. I pray that our children will be able to return to school in the fall and get the proper education they deserve.
I would like to thank you again for all of your efforts during this time, they did not go unnoticed.
Wishing you all the best. Take care,”
